Participation of Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ in the National Round Table “New Design of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System” (30.04.2025, Chernivtsi)

On 30 April 2025, Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine and Member of the Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) team, took part in the panel discussion “Effective Model of Higher Education Quality Assurance” within the framework of the National Round Table “New Design of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System”.

The event was hosted by Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and brought together 38 rectors of Ukrainian universities, representatives of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA), government officials, student organisations, education experts, and partners. It was organised by NAQA in cooperation with Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and with the support of the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine.

The participants addressed the modernisation of the external quality assurance system, institutional accreditation, the development of a network of independent quality assurance agencies, and proposed improvements to Ukraine’s higher education quality assurance model.
